Recipe - Funge

Manioc/Cavassa/Tapioca Funge/Fufu is a starchy pudding with a consistency that reminds me of
from back in the day.
1 part Manioc/Cavassa/Tapioca Flour
2 parts water
Boil the water and pour into a bowl.
Stir constantly as you slowly add the flour.
Traditionally you should sit on the floor with the bowl between your feet and mix until the flour is smooth.
