Serve this on steak or with empanadas.
Ingredients
2 cups parsley4 t dried oregano
8 garlic cloves
1/3 onion, diced roughly
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup good olive oil (seriously, splurge here, you'll be glad that you did)
Directions
- Puree or blend together
- Let sit overnight to let the flavors meld.
