Recipe - Jajik (Cucumber yogurt dip)

Jajik (Cucumber yogurt dip)

Ingredients

2 cucumbers
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 T garlic
2 T chopped fresh mint
1 t cilantro

Directions

Peel and grate the cucumbers.  Mix with the garlic, yogurt, mint and cilantro
Refrigerate overnight (minimum one hour)
